A - PERSONAE

Copy your personae description from your previous interview or :

  1. Document your personae’s name, role and age ;
  2. Document his general goals and activities ;
  3. Isolate here quotes that might resume your personae’s state of mind, needs or pains.


B - PRESENT

  1. Start by identifying user needs and goals. What are they trying to accomplish, and what motivates them ?
  2. Next, identify friction points. What obstacles do they face in achieving their goals ?
